Check in
Livingston recommends that passengers arrive at the airport for check-in at least two hours prior to scheduled departure time, taking care to calculate the time required for transfer to the airport. Check-in desks for long-haul flights open 2 hours and 30 minutes before and close 40 minutes before scheduled departure, whereas for short/medium-haul flights, they open 2 hours before and close 30 minutes before scheduled departure. After this deadline, the carrier reserves the right to cancel your reservation and refuse transport.
Policies and procedures are subject to changes without notice.
Passengers are required to present an ID document valid for travel abroad and their plane ticket at the check-in desk. Expired documents will not be considered valid. If the passenger is bound for an extra-Schengen destination, he must present a passport and, if required, a visa for the country of destination. For any kind of assistance or information on procedures for disabled people and expectant mothers, please write directly to web@lauda.it. Livingston informs passengers that seats cannot be assigned in advance. Once check-in formalities have been completed and you have received your boarding pass, please go to the departure gate indicated by the check-in staff. Remember to keep your travel documents (including your boarding pass) close at hand to show at security checkpoints and at the boarding gate. Please remember that driving licences are not considered documents valid for travel abroad.
