How do I make a booking?

You can book a Livingston flight through travel agencies who use CRS channels (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, Worldspan), online at our website www.lauda.it or contacting the call center  callcenter@lauda.it.

Just enter your destination and departure date on our website, which also shows an updated timetable, for an easy and fast way to check flight availability and fares. You can use your credit card for online purchases thanks to our secure link with Teknopay. If you make an online booking, we will send an e-mail to the address indicated by the user confirming flight details as well as your electronic ticket.

Is there a ticket purchase deadline?

Tickets can be purchased online or via the call centre up to 1 working day before the departure date.
After this time limitation, tickets can be purchased up to 2 hours before the departure at Ticket Counter in airport.

 

Whom can I contact if I have problems booking online?

For online booking problems, please send an e-mail to callcenter@lauda.it. An operator will answer as soon as possible.

 

Which flights in Livingston's timetable can be booked directly by the customer and which must be booked by a travel agency?

Livingston offers both long-haul scheduled flights and short, medium and long-haul charter flights. Tickets for scheduled flights can be purchased by the end customers through travel agencies that use CRS channels or online. However, all charter flights are sold entirely to Livingston's Tour Operator partners and cannot be purchased individually by customers.

 

one-way ticket

One-way or round-trip tickets can be purchased for all scheduled flights. However, we suggest all passengers booking a one-way ticket check the special conditions regarding citizenship and/or residence with the consulate of the country of destination. The Company cannot accept responsibility for refusal of carriage due to the unsuitability or lack of proper travel documentation.

 

Schedule change

Livingston flights are subject to confirmation up to 24 hours before the departure date. Should there be any schedule changes, the carrier will see to it that passengers are notified in time via fax or e-mail. In the event of an online booking, notice of the new flight details will be given via e-mail. Livingston asks passengers to re-confirm their return flight through the company's local agents, whose contact details are shown on the confirmation form or electronic ticket - for online bookings - to be shown at the carrier's check-in desks in order to pick up the paper tickets. During the booking phase, Livingston asks passengers to communicate a telephone number to be contacted abroad for urgent communications about their flight. (please, in case of online booking, give the number in Contacts).
In the event of All Inclusive Holiday Package, the communication will be given directly by Tour Operators.

Warning: in case of ticket issued by the Tour Operator, we suggest passenger to directly contact the Tour Operator issuing the carriage title before than flight departure date indicated in carriage title, in order to have confirmation that the air transportation/s hereof has/have been regularly paid by the Tour Operator to the Carrier.
On the contrary, the Carrier will be legitimated to refuse passenger embarkation for the part of journey not paid.

The Carrier, therefore, will be released from any liability in case the Tour Operator has not regularly paid the carriage title to the Carrier.
