On board Restaurant

There's always a special atmosphere on Livingston's flights, created by care, hospitality and attention to every detail. 
 
An example? Our ON-BOARD RESTAURANT. Genuine and fresh ingredients, impeccable preparation of the courses and zealous and accurate service are possible even at an altitude of 11,000 meters. The menus offered by Livingston follow the cycles of the Nature, in order to offer the taste and the pleasure of first-quality materials prepared with the balanced and experienced gestures of the Italian tradition. Very slowly...
Our "gourmet dishes" are prepared short before they are served onboard, in order to keep unchanged their nutritional properties and to preserve their taste and excellence. The wines served with the food recall the warm colours of the Italian autumn. Finally, the dessert will make you wonder what is being celebrated...
The "on-board food entertainment" is offered by Servair Air Chef, an internationally well-known caterer, chosen by more than 30 airlines, presenting to their passengers a high-quality on-board service. Servair Air Chef prepares its "gourmet meals" directly at the arrival and departure airports of all Livingston's flights. The dishes are prepared by important Chefs, only a few hours before each flight takes off, and each meal in based on the exclusive use of fresh, first-quality ingredients belonging to the Mediterranean tradition.

 
 


Tortellini with Bolognese Sauce, vegetarian lasagne, tenderloin of beef with black truffle sauce, grilled scallops, prawns and monkfish, grilled chicken breast with mushroom sauce, burghul with marinated shrimps & julienne of peppers, monkfish with Bolognese Sauce ... here are just some of the specialities included in the menus that Livingston offers, seasonally, to its passengers flying in the Jacaranda Class (Business Class). And, while tasting a good espresso or sipping a traditional English tea, the meal is ended by the Pastiera Napoletana (the typical Easter cake from Naples), the cake with chocolate and pears or the apple tart with kiwi sauce and chocolate chips. According to each different meal, the on-board Sommelier selects and suggests the best Italian wines together with a wide variety of spirits (served on demand).

The catering service in the Livingston's Economy Class is also beyond comparison: season mixed salad, fusilli noodles with pesto sauce, tortellini with sauce, almond or wildberry cake, coffee and tea. In its Economy Class, Livingston offers also a wide choice of beverages and wines, selected among the best national producers, so that, while seated, passengers can feel like being in a real restaurant. Last but not least ... together with the excellent quality of the food, the on-board service of Livingston's flights is completed by the smiles, the warmth and the professionalism of its cabin crew members.
